This is a very cool store it really had everything it's a must stop in Moore county. Go see the birds in the back. Pretty cool
This store has so much to offer, it's almost overwhelming. Their fudge is outstanding, the coffee is exotic and delicious. There are so many unique items, I get something new every time I come by. There's an exotic bird exhibit in the back along with plants and other items meant for your home garden. It's always an amazing experience at Dunrovin!
Love this place. Has some great Amish foodstuffs, great old fashioned candy selection, spices, specialty foods and knickknacks. Can be overpriced, but it is worth it for the atmosphere. Needs more parking, but workers are top notch.
Love looking at all the soaps,wind chimes , Christmas ornaments, specialty foods the list goes on and on. Plan to go back and get Christmas gifts !! Forgot how unique the business is!
We love stopping at the Dunrovin on our way from Raleigh to Monroe/Charlotte. They have the best fresh-made fudge, hand scooped ice cream, fill your own bags worth of dog treats, and an extensive selection of local NC-made jams, preserves, and candies. Also: Tons of unique gift options, home decor, outdoor garden decor, and plants. Pro tip: walk around back for a wonderfully serendipitous park-like experience. The owners live right behind the store and have cultivated amazingly intricate tropical gardens and ponds, complete with bird houses containing parrots, cockatoos, and other tropical birds. There are really cool large metal sculptures hidden throughout the foliage in the shape of dragons, lions, pigs, hippos, King Kong, etc... Great photo opps for the family! Plenty of private seating tucked within the park-like setting. Definitely worth a few extra minutes to stroll around the gardens and enjoy the sights.
